Is BasementBridge a contractor?
No. We are a free introduction service. When matching is open, we share your enquiry, with your consent, with one independent specialist who carries out any survey and work.
Is matching open now?
Not yet. Online enquiries are paused while we finish specialist matching. Email hello@basementbridge.co.uk and we will get back to you.
How many companies will contact me?
When matching is open: one. We never share an enquiry with more than one specialist.
How do you make money?
Specialists pay us a fee for each introduction. You pay us nothing, and we do not add anything to your quote.
Are the specialists vetted?
We apply selection criteria described on our how it works page, but we do not describe specialists as vetted or approved. Please make your own checks before agreeing to work.
What happens to my data?
We do not collect enquiries through the website while matching is closed. If you email us, see our privacy notice for how we handle contact. When matching opens, we will hold enquiry data only to match you, and once shared the specialist is responsible for its own use of your details.
