What we do

BasementBridge is a free introduction service. When matching is open and with your consent, we pass your enquiry to one independent specialist. Online matching is not open on this soft-launch site. We are not a contractor, surveyor or designer and we do not carry out, supervise or guarantee any work. Any survey, quote, contract, guarantee and work are solely between you and the specialist.

How we are paid

Specialists pay us a fee for introductions. You do not pay us anything.

No endorsement

An introduction is not a recommendation or endorsement. We apply the selection criteria described on how it works, but you should make your own checks, obtain written quotes and confirm any accreditation or guarantee directly with the issuing body.
